CXC completed its annual employee engagement survey in February 2014 for the third successive year. The results of the survey showed an improvement in the organisation’s performance. Overall staff engagement improved by sixteen per cent, the number of employees not engaged decreased by eleven per cent and disengaged staff declined by five per cent. The improvement experienced may be attributed to the efforts made in the follow up and execution of divisional action items in an attempt to address areas specifically identified for improvement.
