Stakeholders are Central
CXC® engages its stakeholders to support its strategic objectives and mandates established by the Board or Council. CXC® has the following categories of stakeholders:
National– These include Ministries of Education, CXC® National Committees, national education authorities, schools, post-secondary and tertiary education institutions, employers.
Regional– These include CARICOM Secretariat, OECS Commission, Caribbean Development Bank, The University of the West Indies, Regional accreditation agencies, Caribbean Union of Teachers and regional commercial and employer bodies.
International– These include international development partners (UNESCO, UNECLAC, UNICEF, UN-WEF, COL, IADB, EU, OAS), internationally universities and colleges, international examinations and assessment bodies, international qualifications authorities and accreditation agencies and international awarding bodies.
CXC® Strategy on Stakeholder Engagement CXC’s strategy on stakeholder engagement encourages exploring and building linkages, deepening relationships, engaging in mutual dialogue to solve problems, working to analyze and develop educational policy issues, collaborating on mutual services and projects and supporting or collaborating on regional or global technical cooperation arrangements.
