CXC has signed an agreement with the Barbados-based National Initiative for Service Excellence (NISE) to conduct a customer satisfaction and needs survey. NISE will conduct the survey in two phases: first will be to ascertain customers’ needs and requirements of CXC, and secondly the level of customer satisfaction with CXC examinations and services.
The survey will be conducted over the next three months and stakeholders are encouraged to cooperate by responding positively and in a timely manner to the questionnaire or request to be part of a focus group.
